I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Founder Member of the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology. I am a newly diagnosed diabetic and I control my blood glucose by diet and lifestyle alone. I offer special advice to those who are pre-diabetic or have been diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus Type 11 concerning Healthy Weight Loss.

Low fat & protein, high complex carbohydrates?  High fat & protein, low carbohydrates?  Vegetarian? The only diet that is right for you is the one that is right for personal metabolic type; optimize your health by working with a nutritional program that suits your own unique body chemistry. The focus of this website is on healthy weight loss with not a calorie to be mentioned except here and in one of the booklets.  This mention is only as an explanation of how calories are measured scientifically.  Healthy weight loss is not ALL about food but more about the whole person being Mind Body & Spirit, I am well qualified in all of these areas.  I tell of my own personal journey to achieve health and weight loss covering 57 years and still ongoing.  I have trained and studied extensively to find the answers for myself first and then to pass on what I now know to others.

My intention is that I can help many of you by giving you some answers.  My focus will always be health first, but once the body is working as well as it can, any psychological issues dealt with and your personal spirituality addressed the weight loss will naturally follow.  This isn’t a website about fast weight loss which is then re-gained, lost, regained in a continuous downward spiral of ill-health of so called Yo-Yo dieting.  Some of you will probably be able to lose weight very fast but for others like me it will be stabilisation first and then gradual weight loss.  Both are fine and very much better than the alternatives.

 

This website is not about trying to sell any fancy pills and potions or any other type of miracle weight loss ‘cure’.  There is a huge market for any product that people believe will help them lose excess weight, these always seem to be very expensive. There is no ‘magic wand’ to wave.  I tried so many different weird and wonderful ways of losing weight until I realised that my body was malfunctioning and toxins were being laid down ‘safely’ in fat deposits.  Of equal importance is psychological health and well being and your core spirituality.

 

There was one method that I had no hesitation in rejecting; it was a pill containing a tapeworm that grew to an enormous length inside you, basically stealing your body’s nutrition, not very healthy and just not acceptable to me!

To sum up, to achieve healthy and permanent weight loss three areas must be addressed; each is of great importance to Healthy Weight Loss.

 

1.    The Physical body – the correct food and way of eating for you considering any bodily malfunctions.

2.     Psychological health and well being.

3.     Spirituality.
