Wholistic & Healthy Weight Loss for Long Lasting Results

The most important information has been discovered by myself and for myself over the last four years. I can tell you what works and what does not, drawing from my own life experience and also what I have learnt directly from others.  If you look at my list of qualifications you will see just how seriously I have studied my subject.  I was driven to find my own answers. I am not trying to sell you some expensive and probably dodgy pills, potions, equipment, operations or anything else.  However what I am offering is well researched information, a culmination of my many years of study.  At the moment I am 9 stone lighter than my heaviest weight and still steadily going downwards. You hear so much about the obesity epidemic, but in plain and simple language I will explain what I believe has happened and give you ways to help yourself.  IT ISN’T JUST ABOUT FOOD; there are many other factors to be considered.

 

Obesity is not a disease, despite what many non obese people think.  Obesity is a symptom, it has many and varied causes, a small percentage of which may include overeating or gluttony.  Hereditary factors, physiology, psychological health, lifestyle patterns, stress and self esteem issues need to be considered at the same time.  If you are at the stage of being unable to lose excess fat steadily no matter what you try, then this information will help you.

 

Losing weight healthily is not just about food, there are plenty of well meaning people who have told me over the years, mostly uninvited “If you eat exactly what I tell you to, you will lose weight”.  Sorry but they were totally missing the point, if the bodily systems are malfunctioning those are the issues that must be addressed first.  There is no one way that fits all.  Everything needs to be taken into consideration when working on changes to improve health and reduce excess fat and I am very well qualified to do just that.

 

I have talked to hundreds of people about obesity, and read everything available to me as well, and I am still learning. I have also talked to many people who have lost weight and who have not put it back on again as far I now know, but for each we are talking about a good 20 years to my knowledge.  Every one of these people was male and I will explain why I think this is.

 

The women on my first Morbid Obesity Study in 1995 all had very different pathways to their weight problems.  It was wonderful to see how many improved their health at the same time as reducing excess bodily fat.

 

I do know of several slim women who look quite good but who keep their weight down in a similar way to each other.  Starting the day with fags and coffee and then not eating much if anything until evening.  If you could look at their insides the picture will not be so great!

 

My emphasis will always be on health and fitness first, weight after.  I know many, many women who have lost and regained weight repeatedly on various slimming diets, including myself.  I have studied most of the slimming clubs at very close quarters and witnessed the psychological madness of people starving themselves before weighting and then bingeing after weighing.  My weight was stabilized by myself more than four years ago and this still amazes me after my battles for almost 50 years before that.  Not only stabilized but I’ve reduced my excess fat by 9 stones in all, yes there is still a good chunk to go but I’m in control now, at last.
